Family Faith Formation Online Component
Families with children or teens in faith formation for sacrament preparation have an online component to complete together.
At least one month before sacrament reception is scheduled to take place, parents along with their children/teens should watch the appropriate Signs of Grace sacrament video series below and then fill out the corresponding Completion Form to indicate participation.

Participation in Family Faith Formation Online is indicated by answering a few questions about from the Signs of Grace video series. Answers should reflect both the parents and children/teens understandings of each lesson. The best practice would be to discuss each video together.
