Family Faith Formation Online Component
Families with children or teens in faith formation for sacrament preparation have an online component to complete together at least one month before sacrament reception is scheduled to take place. Parents along with their children/teens should watch the videos below that correspond to the sacrament(s) your child / teen is preparing to receive and then fill out the sacrament response form. Responses should reflect both the parents and children/teens understandings of each lesson.
