Family Faith Formation Online Component

Families with children or teens in faith formation for sacrament preparation have an online component to complete together.   Parents along with their children/teens should watch the videos below ​that correspond to the sacrament(s) your child / teen is preparing to receive and then each child/teen will fill out a sacrament response form (parents may help younger children with the form). ​Responses should reflect both the parents and children/teens understandings of each lesson.

This assignment is to be completed by December 1st the year before sacrament reception is scheduled to take place.
